In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Get your hands dirty - make sure everything is evenly distributed!
Divide the mixture into 4 and shape into patties, around 1cm thick.
Pop a non-stick pan on the hob and turn the heat to medium. Once the pan is nice and hot, add some low-calorie cooking spray followed by your burgers.
Cook for 3-4 minutes, then flip 'em over.
Give them another 3 minutes or so on the other side, checking that they're cooked all the way through before decanting into your bun of choice.
