Ingredients

  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 whole egg
  • 50 g breadcrumbs
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp chilli powder (optional)
  • salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients and blend to a smooth consistency

  2. With wet hands, shape into 4 burgers and put in the fridge until firm

  3. Fry in a skillet, around 3-5 minutes on each side until cooked through
