I whipped up a festive take on the most American dinner I could think off before we jetted off…
Not something on my regular dinner rotation. In fact, I’ve never made, or even eaten the stuff before.
If my version is anything to go by, then sign me up. I love it!
The sage in this gives is a Christmas-stuffing feel, helped along by the cranberries and apple morsels dotted here and there. If you’re looking for an alternative to a joint of meat, I’d heartily recommend giving this meatloaf a shot.
Not only does it taste wonderfully Christmassy, but it looks the part with that lovely shiny glaze. Throw on some sage leaves and a few spare cranberries, and you have yourself a very handsome centerpiece.
