So last month I was lucky enough to hang out with the lovely Anna from Protein Pow at one of their great workshops (hosted at one of my favourite places, Protein Pick & Mix. You have to visit. It’s like the Alton Towers of the protein bar world).
You already know I’m a total kitchen dork, so naturally I had heaps of fun pottering around dreaming up protein treats using the Protein Pow-ders and cooking mixes.
If you follow me on Instagram, you’ll have seen my impressive haul a couple of weeks back. I haven’t been idle with it.
After a spot of experimenting and tweaking, I came up with my very best protein muffins yet.
They’ll keep in an air-tight container for around 3-4 days, pop them in the fridge. Let’s be honest, though… have you ever had a batch of muffins last that long?
Didn’t think so.
Head over to http://proteinpow.com/2017/01/chocolate-banana-protein-muffins.html for the super simple recipe. I’m so excited to be guest blogging for Anna!
Be sure to peruse her frankly vast recipe archives. I’ll bet my hat you’ll find a tonne of recipes you’re itching to try.
Remember to let me know if you make these lovely muffins – without fail, it makes my day hearing that you guys are enjoying my recipes!
