Simple to follow
If you can’t follow it, you won’t do it. We are constantly trying to make the process as easy to follow as possible, regularly getting client feedback to improve on the systems. If something is too difficult, let us know and we’ll change it or personally run you through the process.
Easy to modify
Hit the snooze button again? Invited out for birthday drinks? At least once a week you’ll get thrown a curve ball. If you’re stuck on a nutrition plan eating steak and eggs for breakfast and preparing gourmet meals every evening then you’re screwed.
You have the flexibility to eat what you want AND when you want (within reason) so your nutrition works around you.
As for training, you choose the exercises, we organise it sensibly. Love hammer curls because you get great pump? We’ll put them in. Want more glute exercises to build a booty? Sure thing.
We’ll structure the training to make sure you keep progressing but exercise selection will be largely up to you.
We’re going to make the assumption you’re not an Olympic athlete and can’t train for 3 hours every day. We’re also going to make the assumption you probably have a stressful job that has you working more hours than you’re supposed to do and a ton of other responsibilities on top of that. Not only do we try and make the process simple and easy to follow, we’ll also try to cram as much into the time you have for maximum results.

Why choose Online Personal Training over One to One Personal Training?
One to one training is great but it has its drawbacks. We still coach people one to one but find we actually get better results with people (like you) online. Here’s why….
It’s better value
One to one training costs A LOT of money. You are paying directly for someone’s time which is always going to be a pretty penny. Online training is a fraction of the price, whilst still offering you the programming and nutrition expertise.
It’s more flexible
You don’t need to be up at silly o’clock to train at a time that doesn’t suit you. You will have access to your programme 365/24/7 so you can train when you want and don’t need to fit around someone else’s schedule.
You get the best coach
You don’t have to pick from the best of a bad bunch at your local gym anymore, you can be anywhere in the world and know you are getting the best guidance.

Unfortunately, we can’t offer this programme to everyone.
We’d love to be able to work with every single person that’s serious about getting strong and getting buff BUT our resources are limited. Whilst you aren’t directly paying for our time in the literal sense, it still takes time to write programmes, write meal plans and give weekly feedback.
We limit our client intake because we want to devote ALL of our attention to a select few clients to get life-changing results.
We’d rather 10 people get life-changing results than 50 people get mediocre results and jump to the next programme.
Therefore, we need to be selective in choosing the RIGHT clients for this programme.
We have a couple of criteria we require of all new clients…
We will only work with hard-working people that are 100% committed to getting results.
We all have busy lives, we get it. If we work less than 50 hours a week we feel like we’re working part time. But there are still 118 hours left in the week to spend 8-10 hours training and taking care of nutrition.
If you want to make your training and nutrition a priority and are willing to go above and beyond to make the effort, then let’s talk. If you don’t want to set extra time aside to be successful, then this isn’t the right programme for you.
We also work off a 3 month minimum commitment period. Not only does this show us you are willing to invest in your health and fitness but it means we can create the best programme for you, knowing that we’ll be working together for at least 3 months.
We will only work with people that already have some experience in a gym environment.
If you’re starting from scratch, then purely from a safety perspective, online personal training probably isn’t right for you.
We will only work with strong-minded people.
However, if you want to trust the programme, finally understand how your body works and get a grip on your training and nutrition once and for all, you can achieve some amazing results.
If you meet all of these criteria, and you’re looking to dramatically change the way you look and feel, then this programme IS right for you.
p.s we only ever have the capacity to take on 20 online coaching clients each. This way we can offer the maximum value to ensure maximum attention and results.

What does Online Personal Training Include?
Based on this, you’ll have the most effective training plan possible. If you are unfamiliar with exercises, we will explain them to you as well as provide both pictures and video.
The goal is to design you a diet in line with your goals that will not completely be at odds with your life. We don’t force people to eat grilled chicken and steamed asparagus all day long. We’ll give you a 7 day meal plans with calorie and macronutrient recommendations and make tweaks along the way. This is given purely as a guide and not expected to be followed to the letter.
You’ll get a free reign (within reason) to eat what you like, providing you are meeting your daily calorie and macronutrient requirements. Think of it as like a “budget” for your food.
If your goal is fat loss, there may be some dietary discomfort or “hanger”, but for the most part our clients are well fed as they drop fat. If you’re goal is muscle gain, the only discomfort you’ll be having is the occasional food baby.
We take a basic approach to supplements. We’ll focus on vitamins, fish oil, proteins, etc. If ever you have questions regarding a supplement, obviously we’ll do our best to get you any information possible (that isn’t already provided).
The main thing is that we have the basics covered. We will go through supplements you are already taking, weed out what isn’t really helping, and add in things that will speed you along.
Accountability & Ongoing Support
Each week we’ll get you to check in with your coach via the online check in process. You’ll tell your coach all about how your week has gone as well as letting us know of any concerns. We’ll then review your progress along with your weekly check in and reply via email or video message, whichever is appropriate.
You’ll have unlimited access to us via personal email with a 24 hour response time. If you’ve got a little niggle in the gym or had an unexpected invite to a party and unsure of what to do, we got your back.
Any questions, queries or concerns, know that we’ll be on hand to help. Some people email twice a week, some twice a month, it’s up to you.

I see you compete in powerlifting/bodybuilding, do I need to be a powerlifter or bodybuilder to apply?
Despite competing in powerlifting and bodybuilding, we still wouldn’t necessarily label ourselves as either.
We simply use them both as goals for to get stronger and leaner. You don’t HAVE to compete to do either. In fact, only around 5-10% of our client base are active competitors with the rest simply looking to get in better shape, get strong and look great naked.
I can’t squat, bench or deadlift, will I still be able to do the programme?
Before you start we’ll get you to fill out a questionnaire to let us know what you can and can’t do. For those that are capable of performing those 3 movements we do typically include them in the programme as we feel they offer the greatest bang for your buck as well as a huge amount of exercise variety.
However, there is more than one way to skin a cat and you can certainly get results without performing any of those movements. As long as you bear in mind your exercise selection will be reduced, we’re good to go.
We do, however, require that you have been going to the gym regularly for at least 12 months. As the service is remote (meaning we can’t directly correct technique) you’ll need to have some experience first. We’d recommend finding the best personal trainer in your area to help teach you the technique on some of the more technical movements before starting.
Do you write meal plans as part of the online coaching?
Yes, but only in the beginning. We’ll provide you with 7 days of meal plans to get you started and give you an idea of how to structure your meals.
We will then provide you with the tools to be able to write your own based on the protocol we give you. You will get as good, if not better, results as this way as you’ll be able to choose your likes and dislikes as well as being able to change foods as you go and not be confined to a set meal plan.
Think of this as “teaching a man to fish” as opposed to simply giving you the fish. We want to educate you on how you can fend for yourself post-coaching (as no one gets coached forever) rather than feeling reliant.
How long does it take to see results?
This depends on a multitude of things but most notably, your adherence to the plan. If you follow the plan and take our advice you will see results quicker than those who don’t. As mentioned, it can sometimes take a few weeks for to learn how your body responds but after that, it comes down to how bad you want it.
How much does the coaching cost?
It’s a great service at a great price, say no more.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. You can choose to pay in 1,2 or 3 installments. You can choose to pay in full, 2 payments of £199.50 or 3 payments of £133.
Can I continue after the 12 weeks?
On rare occasions, we may be able to offer you continued coaching. If you are competing or have a goal that is further than 12 weeks away, we may be able to coach you longer, if we have the capacity to do so but this isn’t guaranteed.
One of the reasons we have chosen a 12-week timeframe is because we believe you should have learned enough to take it on your own. We will give you guidelines on how to approach your training and diet, for the future, at the end of the coaching.
What happens after I apply?
Once we receive an application we’ll see if we have any space on our roster and see if you’re a good fit. The coach we feel you would be most suited to will then get in touch if you are accepted.
We’ll then play a bit of email tennis until we get all the information we need to get cracking on your programmes and send them over.
Every week you’ll send over progress reports, we’ll review them and figure out the next move.
By constantly measuring weight, measurements and strength levels, we’ll make changes as needed. Basically all the stuff we do with my in-person clients.
With all these tweaks, each month you will hopefully be getting stronger and leaner. The more information we have, the more we can do for you, so we always encourage people to make notes about workouts, jot down any issues etc. and give plenty of feedback.
