In fact, you don’t need to eat ANY foods you don’t like. And to make sure of that, we’ll even ask you what you do an don’t like so you enjoy every food and meal given to you.

The meal plans we create are genuinely customised. This isn’t “change your name and a few numbers” customised like most online meal plans. We ask you what you want and make sure it’s included in your plan (within reason of course).
For your meal plan to be successful, you need to consider:
Personal Preference
It’s a known fact that the more you like something, the more you are likely to do it. Same goes for eating. We don’t care if it’s the newest fad diet or the “big guy at the gym” does it. If you can’t stick to it for more than a couple of days then you won’t see results. These meal plans will ask you EXACTLY what foods you want to be included and not included in your meal plan. Hate tuna? No tuna. Love eggs? Plenty of eggs. You decide.
Time-Efficient
You aren’t a Michelin star chef and nor are we. We;re all about tasty food with minimal fuss. The less time spent cooking and more time spent eating the better. Any recipes we include will be easy to prepare in advance and keep well for eating throughout the week. If you don’t want recipes, that’s cool too.
Educational
There’s no certificate of achievement or gold star here but there are plenty of opportunities to understand what you’re putting in your pie-hole. Every nutrition plan has the calorie and macronutrient values for every food, meal and entire day. You’ll start to learn what foods are high in protein, carbs and fats and which are low (WARNING: may put you off cake for a while).
Results-Focused
If you wanna lose some fluff or pack on slabs for muscle, your meal plan will be focused on getting results. As much as we want to make it tasty, sustainable and quick to prepare, this isn’t a bakery, you came here for results.
Calorie and macronutrient targets worked out for you, no faffing, no guessing
We’ll figure out appropriate macronutrient targets for you based on your stats and goals, and write your customised meal plan based on those macros. Or, we can write you a plan based on the macros you’d like to be on, if you know them already!
“Okay, I’m almost sold but I have a few questions…”
“How many days of food do I get?”
You’ll get 7 full days worth of food and each day will have similar calories and macronutrients. This means you’ll be able to pick and choose what day you want to follow.
“Do you provide any further support or help?”
Yes. Along with the meal plan you’ll also get some supporting documentation. This will run through some basic nutrition education along with advice on how to tweak your plan for continued results. It’ll teach you how to break through plateaus and what adjustments to make.
You’ll also have support via email for 7 days after your plan has been sent for advice and help. If you need to change anything or need some advice, just pop over an email.
“I don’t like cooking, can I still get a plan?”
Absolutely. There will still need to be some cooking involved but we can keep it super simple so you don’t need to spend hours in the kitchen.
“I love cooking, can I have more interesting recipes in the plan?”
Of course. There are a variety of recipes on this site which can be included in your meal plan. During the questionnaire process you can specify exactly what you want and we can do a mix of days with recipes and without so you have the option to cook or keep it simple.

Step 1
You click the ‘Buy Now’ button below and attempt to contain your excitement at the awesomeness that will ensue. After you finish payment you will be automatically sent to a link to a questionnaire. If not, pop us an email.
Step 2
We’ll send you over a questionnaire which will allow us to collect all the info we need. This will include a food diary, background, daily activity level, dog’s name, likes/dislikes etc.
Step 3
We’ll follow up if we have any questions. If not, we’ll get cracking with your plan and have it over to you within 7 days of receiving your questionnaire (maybe slightly longer during busy times).
Step 4
We send the plan to you. If you’re happy, you crack on and get awesome results. If you’re not, let us know and we’ll make some revisions. We’ll keep going back and forth until you’re satisfied.
