To accurately assess your progress, we require weekly progress photos. We use your photos alongside your measurements and weigh ins to track your progress.
Your pictures ideally should be:
- Full length, including your head and face
- Same lighting
- Same camera, same time of day
- No ‘selfies’!
Ideally someone else will take your photos for you. You could alternatively set up a tripod or stand to hold your camera/smartphone.
Males should be in boxer shorts. Females should be in underwear or a bikini. We want you to send us 3 pictures each week, one from the front, one from the side, and one from the back.
These images are mandatory meaning they MUST be sent every week, uploaded to the corresponding progress photo folder.
