I was fortunate enough to get treated to some exotic meat samples from online exotic food store Kezie Foods so I decided to put an exotic twist on an old classic. I was really impressed with the Bison mince, very lean and a distinct difference in taste compared to beef. While you can happily swap out the Bison for beef I highly recommend heading over to Kezie Foods and trying it out! Make sure to use my discount code at check out for 10% off – RANSONPT41.
